1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

2. Information we collect

• When you visit this website: our host (Vercel) automatically logs technical data — IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time — to run and secure the site.
• If a technical error occurs: our error-monitoring tool (Sentry) receives technical data about the error (page, browser, device, IP address), solely to fix the problem.
• On the Visit page: the map is served by CARTO and OpenStreetMap; your browser requests the map images directly from them, which shares your IP address with them.
• Only if you accept it in the cookie banner: Google Analytics measures your visit (pages viewed, time spent, device and browser type, approximate city or region, where the visit came from) using cookies. The IP address is anonymized and we only receive aggregate statistics, never your identity.
• When you email or call us (e.g. a catering request): your name, contact details and the details you choose to give us.
• Online orders and gift cards: these are processed on the Deliverect ordering platform (name, contact details, delivery address, order). Payment is handled by the platform’s payment processor; we never receive your card number. The platform’s own privacy policy also applies.

3. Why we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your orders, answer your questions, organize your events, keep the website running and secure and, if you consent, understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information and do not use it for profiling or targeted advertising.

4. Service providers and storage outside Québec

We rely on trusted providers (website hosting, error monitoring, Google Analytics audience measurement, map, ordering platform, email). Some store information outside Québec, including elsewhere in Canada, the United States or Europe. We only share what is needed for the service they provide.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses a single tracking tool: Google Analytics (Google LLC), for audience measurement. It is off by default and only loads if you click “Accept all” or turn on “Audience measurement” in the banner. If you refuse, no tracking cookie is set. We use no advertising or profiling tools.

Cookies used with your consent: _ga and _ga_<id> (Google Analytics), which tell visitors apart anonymously; they expire after 13 months at most. Your choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage), with no personal data.

You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page; the Google Analytics cookies are then deleted.

6. Retention

Technical data is kept for a limited time by our providers. Your exchanges with us are kept as long as needed to follow up, then destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your personal information, its correction, its portability or its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@seasoneddreams.com; we respond within 30 days.

You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information (encrypted HTTPS connection, limited access). If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
